Globsyn Technologies Ltd was established in 1997 as an infrastructure and institution company delivering value through the unique project, infrastructure, people and skills (PIPS) delivery model. Globsyn has been aiding IT development in the state since its very inception. In 1997, Globsyn built Infinity in collaboration with Webel. Infinity was the first intelligent building in the country catering to the unique Infrastructure requirements of the knowledge centric corporations of today. Simultaneously, Globsyn built TechnoCampus, a knowledge infrastructure meant to become the incubation ground for developing and nurturing young minds through the finishing school model. The Young Software Manager (YSM) programme has since then acquired a cult status among fresh engineers wanting an accelerated career path in the software industry. In the last seven years, more than 4,000 engineers have undergone this programme and are working successfully in the global software companies. This track record has enabled Globsyn to tie up with Jadavpur University, one of the best technical universities in India and offer a one year techno-management programme called Post Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering and Business Management (PGDSEBM). From 2002, Globsyn has started Globsyn Business School to develop entrepreneurial sensitivity in the management education framework to make students ready to face the challenges of modern business environment. Globsyn is also a training partner of several software corporates and imparts training on latest and relevant technologies and management areas. In fact, it is the most preferred training partner for IBM Global in India for conducting training on 265 technology modules for both entry as well as lateral levels. Globsyn BPO Academy, a flagship product of the Globsyn Group, has pledged to develop BPO professionals with the unique integration of human excellence and domain knowledge to face this growing industry.
