What are Outbound Telemarketing Services? As the name suggests, an outbound telemarketing service is a kind of telemarketing service in which the agents or operators sitting at a call centre or an office make calls to the existing customers or prospective customers. The term outbound simply means that calls are being made and not received. This could generally be in attempt of follow up after an already made sales call. The follow up may be done to update a sales order, to clarify a sales order or to get a kind of feedback from the customer about the product or service.
